Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property. If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night. Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.

Cancellation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

The home is a contactless check-in. You will have access to the entire home.
There are three cabins on the property, each intentionally built for privacy and relaxation.

Less than 5 Minutes from Opera in the Ozarks and Inspiration Point Fine Art Center. A wonderful location, 20 minutes from Eureka Springs with all its great restaurants, shops, shows and music. It is 50 minutes from Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art, which houses the largest collection of American Art in the United States and which is a destination for art lovers from around the world. Branson, MO and Silver Dollar City are an hour away. Or you can stay closer to home and enjoy the Ozark views and the White River at the nearby public access or renting a boat at Starkey Marina on Beaver Lake. You can hike or mountain bike at Lake Leatherwood, also a short distance away. Fish or swim in beautiful Beaver Lake or try your hand at catching trout or walleye on the great White River fishery just minutes from the home. Lots to do and enjoy.

There is a stairwell that leads you down to the cabin. Mobility is required to access this cabin. Getting around the Ozarks is easy and convenient from our rental! Located just 20 from downtown Eureka Springs, you’ll have quick access to local restaurants, shopping, attractions, and outdoor adventures. A personal vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the area and explore nearby scenic drives, hiking trails, lakes, and hidden gems. Private parking is available on-site, making arrivals and day trips stress-free. Whether you're heading into town or out for a day on the water, everything is within a short and beautiful drive.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.

This home is a self check in home. You will receive the instructions three days prior to your arrival.
We are available by phone or messaging during your stay. We will reply to messaging from 6 am to 8pm but we are available for emergencies 24 hours a day.
