Number of Guests Policy
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Cancelations
Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.
Guest Access
You will have access to the beautiful living room with a fireplace Games are provided. A continental breakfast is provided every morning with coffee, tea, and juices. Sweet and Savory pastries, along with fruit are served. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle in the common living area. The kitchen is not available to guests.
Neighborhood
Ridgeway house is within walking distance of the Crescent Hotel, Ermilio's Italian Restaurant, Intrigue theater and downtown Eureka Springs. It is a bit of a walk back up the hill to the Ridgeway House however, Eureka Springs has Uber and Lyft drivers.
Getting Around
Historic Eureka Springs is a small town nestled in the Ozark Mountains. It is known for its great spas, restaurants, art, shopping, music, festivals, and proximity to outdoor adventures. The White River, Kings River, Beaver Lake, and Table Rock lake are all with in 15 miles of Eureka Springs. Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Kayaking, Floating and more.

It was my birthday weekend and the group that I was traveling with were so impressed with Fatima’s home! It was extremely clean and we all felt right at home. The hostess who was onsite and provided excellent service! Ms B’s complimentary breakfast each morning was certainly welcomed and she dressed the table with birthday party decorations and favors! The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and everyone loved the location- made it much more enjoyable since we could walk to downtown area with great shopping and things to do! Highly recommend Fatima’s home – I will definitely be back!
