There are chairs out front overlooking Main street. (This room is on the lower level, providing a perfect view for car shows.)
Historic Downtown is a short, and relatively flat, 300 yard walk down a beautiful stone sidewalk. Parking downtown is very limited (and expensive), so, most guests simply park at the condo and walk… or ride the trolley. There is a trolley stop just south (to the left) of the driveway.
There are many fine restaurants near the condo… Local Flavor is an excellent choice for any meal and the beautiful Stone House Wine and Cheese Bar is a “stone’s throw” away. Also, The Stone House typically has live music every Friday night, so if you get to town early, stop in. Both are perfect places to relax in the afternoon.
Riders welcome! We have a large FLAT parking lot that is behind the building and easy to navigate on a motorcycle. Although, trailer parking is not available.

Number of Guests Policy
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property. If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night. Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
Cancelations
Cancellation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

This condo is a self check-in however we are available via messaging and phone calls. We do live in Eureka Springs and are available for emergencies.
