Number of Guests Policy

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancelations

Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

Pet Policy

Pet Friendly – Direct approval required before booking. $50/pet/stay (2 pets maximum/30 lbs or less) Must be crated or kenneled if left unattended and must be on a current veterinarian-approved flea & tick treatment. Unauthorized Pets will result in a charge of $200 plus the required pet fee.

Getting Around

Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. This property is located on a dirt road and requires a high-clearance vehicle; four-wheel drive is recommended in winter. Guests should be aware that there is no direct lake access from the property; public access is available via a county road. We kindly request that you respect the property and its amenities. Smoking is not permitted. We are happy to assist with any questions you may have during your stay. Please use the platform messaging system for communication.

While Eureka Springs primarily caters to car travel, this property's location allows for easy access to the main roads for exploring. From the apartment, you can easily reach downtown Eureka Springs and other attractions.
