Pets are allowed with the following rules:
-Dogs are the only pet we allow
-Pets are not allowed on the furniture, nor in the beds
-They must be on veterinarian prescribed flea and tick medicine
-Two dogs maximum allowed per rental
-Each dog must be under 60 pounds
-Dogs must be crated when left unattended
-The pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay
-All zoomies left by the dogs must be cleaned up by the owner

Entering the house, You will find a beautiful Great Room with a vaulted ceiling. Dual French doors lead to an enormous outdoor deck with panoramic views of the lake. The house includes: full kitchen, dining area, and large living area with plush leather couches. The first floor also includes two private bedrooms with queen beds, one is a guest bedroom, and the other is the Primary Suite with an en-suite full bathroom. A second full bathroom is located in the first floor hallway.
A large staircase leads to the second floor where you will find a large sleeping loft furnished with three queen beds and a half bath. A bonus sleeping room is located at the back of the loft containing 2 twin beds (the ceiling is low in this room – although, it’s perfect for kids and has it’s own AC unit).

Number of Guests Policy
Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Cancelations
Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

Guest Access
You enter into a two story great room with a gas fireplace in the living room and a beautiful well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a beautiful large granite island that seats 6. The kitchen was designed with the cook in mind. A 2 door and 2 drawer refrigerator, 5 burner gas range with center cast iron griddle and double ovens. There is a large double bowl apron front farm sink as well as a dishwasher. Complete the appliances with a built in microwave and coffee maker. You are ready to prepare a feast.
On this main level are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Also, on this level is a closet housing the stacked washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a loft entertainment area overlooking the great room and the Master Suite.
Neighborhood
NOTE - This house is at the end of a 2.5 mile gravel road. This may be a concern if you are on a motorcycle or in a low riding sports car.
This luxurious 50 ac. Estate is nestled next to Beaver Lake with extensive water frontage and surrounded by beautiful, gently sloping property. You and your guests will thoroughly enjoy all that this unique estate has to offer.
Getting Around
The lake access is at the end of a short trail. The lot slopes gently into the water, providing an excellent place to swim or fish. There is a gravel boat ramp at the end of Cobble Lane (1.5 miles from the house). It is a public area with plenty of room to turn around. There is also a concrete ramp 7 miles from the house. This house is 30 minutes from grocery stores and shopping.
Interaction
This home is a self check in home. You will receive the instructions three days prior to your arrival.
We are available by phone or messaging during your stay. We will reply to messaging from 6 am to 8pm but we are available for emergencies 24 hours a day.
