The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980’s, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn.
A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time. Please feel free to help yourself at the self service coffee and tea station in the kitchen. On any of Eureka Springs’ abundant sunny days, enjoy the breeze, shade, and floral gardens from our expansive deck and outdoor seating area.
Travel Tip – Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates – try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.

Number of Guests Policy
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Cancelations
Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly. Please take precautions against COVID prior to travel.
