Sunset Ridge at the Kings River

Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

The home shares 6 acres with the owner's private home and the caretaker's private home, all three homes are thoughtfully perched high along the ridge to insure privacy and the best vantage point to view the amazing sunsets. Sunset ridge is the second driveway at the address. You will see a circular driveway and you are welcome to park anywhere in the circle drive.

The Holiday Island Golf Course is close by and only 5 miles from Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Golf!  2 Courses The breathtaking scenery of the Ozark Mountains will provide you with a peaceful backdrop for your golfing experience.   The courses are open year round.   The championship course includes 18 holes of scenic beauty riding the crest of the oldest range of mountains on this continent.  Many of the tees and greens have a panoramic view that is amazing.  The 9 hole executive course plays 1,832 yards and is located on the lake and surrounded by mountain vistas. The Driving Range is located at the 18-hole golf course.  It is secluded and quiet, with a view of the Ozark Hills for miles.  This driving range is so unique! Bring your camera with you. You’ll be amazed. Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina.

Sunset Ridge is less than five minutes to the public access of the Kings River where many people go to enjoy playing in the water, lounging on the shores, fishing, and kayaking. There are many kayaking guides in the area. The river access does provide a reasonable area for lounging in the water. Typically 4’ deep in summer (low water conditions). The Kings River is free-flowing, therefore, the river can be in flood stage at times, eliminating access to the shore.

Eureka Springs is less than 15 miles away.
Branson is an hour drive away.
Bentonville is an hour and 10 minutes.
XNA is also about an hour and 15 minutes away.

Outdoor Fire Pit: Wood is available in the wood rack outside of the chain link fencing, When using please be sure to check for a fire ban first and always make sure the fire is completely out when you are finished.
