Penny’s Place is the middle unit in my triplex building and is located at the edge of a small community of three buildings. It is approximately 500 square feet with 4 steps up to the front door. The location is quiet and private although you may occasionally see others come and go during your stay.

- Please be advised this property is located on a hill and the driveway is steep. Level access available via gravel entrance.
