Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly. Please take precautions against COVID prior to travel.

With a modern contemporary space to come back and relax after a day of exploring everything Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake/Table Rock Lake has to offer, you will wish you never have to leave! With plenty of off-street parking available, walk 1 block to the trolley stop nearby to go downtown and shop, eat, and play. Easy access to Highway 62 (Van Buren) to drive 15 minutes to Beaver Lake, Table Rock Lake, or the White River. Less than 5 minutes to the Great Passion Play, and a 2 minute walk from the Rockin' Pig Saloon and the Thai House restaurants.
