Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

This four-bedroom house offers a peaceful home-away-from-home feeling as you are surrounded by nature's beauty. The house also boasts a fully enclosed gazebo, a lower deck, a fire pit, and a well-appointed kitchen. The house is located less than a mile from two golf courses, 1.5 miles to the marina, and 4.5 miles to Eureka Springs, and is near multiple fishing and hiking opportunities in season. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet, it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
